Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. This massage is beneficial for athletes and those who sit for long periods of time.

Swedish

The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase blood flow. Swedish Massage can be therapeutic because it may help ease muscle tension, support relaxation, and improve flexibility in the body.

Erotic Touch

All of my massages feature erotic touch! I gently and tenderly caress you all over while you lay back and relax. This helps to soothe and strengthen your mind-body connection, erasing tension that is built up, not only from the stress of living and working, but also from denying your body its base needs. Touch is a human need, for touch creates oxytocin, the feel good hormone that floods our bodys with calm, and eases the adrenalin caused by stress. Even if you suffer from insomnia, you'll find you probably need a nap after one of my treatments. Not only because all your physical stress is gone, but also from the sexual exhaustion that comes if you've been able to finish twice, which is what I aim and strive for.☺️

* Light pressure is teasing, soothing, sensuous and not deep… Spa like. Perfect to enhance your mind-body connection and send you into deep relaxation.

* Medium strength adds pressure to the knots, particularly in upper shoulders or glutes, which is effective in releasing muscle tension and restoring mobility. This is the most popular kind of massage as it is relaxing yet effective.

* Hard is where I use my body weight to full effect to really dig out the knots! Since tight muscles prohibit blood flow and encourage lactic acid build up, you may feel some pain, but it's just a message to the brain on where to send the fresh oxygenated blood. Once blood flow is resumed to the area, the lactic acid is flushed away, usually within a few minutes, and it stops hurting.
