That is completely normal. You are welcome to ask respectful questions before or during your appointment so expectations are clear.
I use unscented fractionated coconut oil. It is kept in designated oil warmers, at a constant 60 degrees, and chosen because it is organic, feels comfortable on the skin and washes off much more easily than heavier oils.
Yes. Fractionated coconut oil is brokien into smaller molecules that actually absorb into the skin versus sitting on top. It is much lighter than regular coconut oil and usually washes off easily with Dr Bronners castille soap.
Cleaning products may include disinfecting wipes and household cleaners for surfaces, plus organic castille soap, usually Dr Bronners, for guest use. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please mention them before booking.
Cash and debit are preferred. I also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American express.
Prepaid cards may be accepted, but an additional fee may apply because of processing costs. I do redeem it in advance so I know its real.
The business name shown on a card statement does differ from the website name. Ask me directly if you need clarification before paying by card.
If you miss an appointment without notice, advance payment will be required for future bookings.
